TOP NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

  1. 5+ years in digital product management, Agile delivery, or platform strategy
    Needs to have actually owned or driven digital product work, not just coordinated projects.
  2. Enterprise digital platform experience
    Must have experience with websites, customer portals, digital storefronts, e-commerce platforms, or similar connected digital ecosystems.
  3. Strong Agile experience
    Comfortable with sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and translating business goals into Epics, Features, and Stories.
  4. Business process mapping + requirements gathering
    Needs to be able to lead discovery sessions, document business needs, map current/future state, and turn business vision into actionable requirements.
  5. UAT ownership experience
    Must be able to develop and manage UAT plans and validate releases before launch.
  6. Strong stakeholder management / cross-functional communication

WHAT WOULD MAKE THIS HIRE STAND OUT

  1. MBA or advanced degree
    Bachelor s is required, but an MBA would be a plus, especially for someone driving business cases and digital strategy.
