Key Responsibilities:

• Curate client plans (training & nutrition) based on their biofeedback & lifestyle.
• Check-in with clients via messages, voice notes, and video calls to provide guidance & accountability.
• Analyse client data & adjust their plan accordingly to optimise results.
• Engage with clients in the coaching platform to provide motivation & support.
• Educate clients on training, nutrition, recovery & long-term sustainability.
• Work alongside the founder to improve coaching delivery & enhance client experience.
• Utilise coaching software & tools to track progress and streamline communication.

Key Skills:

• Level 3 Personal Trainer certification OR Nutritionist/Dietitian certification.
• At least 1 year of coaching experience (online or in-person) preferred.
• Strong understanding of training principles, program design, and nutritional strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for providing clear and actionable feedback.
• Organised and proactive in managing multiple clients effectively.
• Passionate about coaching and helping clients achieve transformations.
• Adaptable to modify programs based on individual client needs.
