Summary: The Financial Workday Support Consultant role involves managing and resolving Workday support tickets related to financial operations, configuring financial components, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.   • Assist in maintaining and updating the Financial Data Model (FDM), including hierarchy updates and structural changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver elevated support and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization and enhancement of Workday configurations and workflows.
  • Document processes and ensure alignment with organizational policies and controls.
