Financial Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate monthly and quarterly vendor invoices for global outsourcing partners
• Create dashboards and reports in Google Sheets and Excel to support vendor performance and planning
• Lead monthly spend deep-dives, providing insightful commentary on variances and trends
• Support SPIFF/incentive forecasting and vendor expansion strategy
• Partner with internal regional leads and external vendor contacts across EMEA, APAC, and NORAM

Key Skills:

• Advanced Google Sheets and Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formula writing
• Experience working in a data-heavy environment, such as invoice validation, financial operations, or workforce analysis
• Strong communication skills — confident engaging with both internal teams and external vendor stakeholders
• SQL skills or experience with enterprise reporting tools (bonus)
• Experience in outsourcing, vendor management, workforce operations, or shared services (bonus)
• Background in forecasting, capacity planning, or performance reporting (bonus)
