Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all accounting activities, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost accounting and revenue recognition
• Leading the month-end close process and ensuring timely financial reporting
• Managing general ledger accuracy in alignment with both group policies and local statutory requirements
• Coordinating audits and handling tax, VAT, payroll, and ISO internal audit processes
• Monitoring cash flow, overseeing financial ratios and performance analytics
• Ensuring adherence to IFRS standards, particularly IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, with responsibility for revenue audits and key compliance submissions
• Supporting forecast updates, variance analysis, and reporting to group-level stakeholders
• Providing insight on pipeline analysis, commission reporting, and margin performance against forecast

Key Skills:

• Recognised accounting qualification (CPA or ACCA)
• Background in audit and experience in financial controller roles
• Solid grasp of IFRS reporting
• Strong systems knowledge, ideally with exposure to NetSuite, BPC, and Salesforce
• Highly analytical and detail-focused
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience within a software, SAAS, or Fintech company
