Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to drive business intelligence
• Deliver insights that enhance productivity and support business objectives
• Improve reporting accuracy and efficiency, supporting decision-making across teams
• Work with sales, commission, and income data to reconcile and resolve discrepancies
• Work cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced setting
• Advanced Excel user as well as other tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Strong experience with large data sets and business performance analysis
• Proficient in KPI reporting, especially in sales and e-commerce environments
• Evidence of improving data accuracy and reporting processes
• Skilled in working with cross-functional teams
• Degree in Finance, Business, or related field (qualified or part qualified accountant a bonus)
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
