Summary: The Financial Analyst I role involves supporting the Finance and Legal, Risk and Compliance teams during absences, managing month-end tasks, and assisting with cost analysis related to benefits and stock-based compensation. The position requires collaboration with various teams and tracking of company event-related spending. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with supporting the Finance and Legal, Risk and Compliance teams during a leave of absence.
- Coordinating/managing month end tasks with the accounting team.
- Learning about and assisting with benefits related cost and allocation analysis.
- Learning about and assisting with stock-based compensation related cost and analysis.
- Assist with tracking and forecasting large company event related spend.
- Provide general support across FP&A for open roles and time off coverage.
Key Skills:
- A finance or accounting degree.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Support and collaborate with leaders of one G&A function.
- Annual budget and quarterly forecast.
- Monthly reporting and variance analysis of actual results vs budget/forecast/prior year.
- Track and analyze vendor level expenses.
- Coordinate key FP&A tasks during month end close process.

- Oracle NetSuite ERP.
