Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex financial and marketing datasets to generate actionable business intelligence.
- Develop, refine, and implement financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support decision-making.
- Create and improve analytical rubrics and frameworks to enhance AI model training and performance.
- Prepare, review, and optimize financial reporting aligned with US GAAP and IFRS standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control requirements.
- Advise stakeholders on SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV to inform growth strategies.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, audit, or SaaS finance.
- Investment banking experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Strong years of overall professional experience preferred.
- Deep experience with SaaS metrics and performance analytics is advantageous.
