Title: Finance Transformation Program Manager

Location: Remote

Type: Contract

Overall Project Need: The goal is have someone step in and work with the PMO teams that are overseeing each project get them engaged and learn what needs to happen to get them executed and report business progress back to Executives in the UK. Executive needs more visibility of where they are, timelines on projects, resources needed and overall execution. Success in this role looks like Regional PMO backing and engagement, clear road maps of each project, connecting the right people in the orgs to get projects moving, successful influencing of project stakeholders to execution

MUST HAVES:

  • Previous experience with Financial/ERP transformation Program management across EMEA
  • JDE application knowledge - will not need to be hands on but would be great if they could speak to the application
  • Experience with specific financial modules - GL, SP, AR, FP&A
  • Experience with presenting to Executive level - CFO , Regional finance leads, IT, project sponsors
  • Agile mostly but needs to be open to Hybrid as some projects will not be Agile based
  • Project tracking is done mostly in Smartsheet & Azure DevOps

NICE TO HAVES:

  • He likes to see certifications for creditability but not a must - PMP, Prince2, or CPA/ACCA
  • Previously lead projects in the Service Industry or construction industry but not necessarily
