Summary: The Finance Transformation Manager will be responsible for leading strategic finance change initiatives within a well-known company on a 12-month fixed-term contract in West London. This role involves modernising finance processes, embedding new systems, and enhancing data-driven operations while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The position requires a strong background in finance transformation and change management. The ideal candidate will drive process optimisation and continuous improvement across finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute critical finance transformation workstreams across core finance processes.
- Drive process optimisation, systems implementation, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership within a centralised Finance function to align on transformation priorities.
- Ensure effective governance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across all projects.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and best practice implementation.
Key Skills:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) with a proven background in finance transformation, change management, or operational improvement.
- Strong experience in project delivery within large or complex organisations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A proactive problem-solver with a strong grasp of both finance processes and systems.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic finance change initiatives – modernising processes, embedding new systems, and supporting the transition toward a more data-driven, efficient operating model. Partnering closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help ensure transformation projects deliver tangible value and sustainable improvements across reporting, planning, and control activities.
