Summary: The Finance Transformation Lead will spearhead a significant transformation initiative aimed at enhancing cost efficiency and performance within management support functions. This role requires immediate engagement to maintain the momentum of an ongoing programme, following the departure of the current lead. The position involves stakeholder management and high-level analytical skills to implement effective cost controls. The role is remote with some travel to Europe required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a transformational programme with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
- Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from functional Directors down, to ensure alignment and support.
- Utilise your high-level analytical skills to deeply understand P&L and implement robust cost controls.
- Oversee project and programme management activities, with an initial focus on Europe-wide operations and potential for future expansion.
- Support and influence wider business change initiatives, embedding effective methodologies across the organisation.
