Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and management of Job Description (JD) requests based on specific role requirements.
  • Partner with hiring teams to evaluate roles deeply, ensuring alignment with domain and core requirements.
  • Drive outreach across internal and external sources (email campaigns, direct calling, talent pools, platforms) to scale and strengthen the pipeline.
  • Act as the key liaison with L2 team to align on role requirements, progress, and next steps.
  • Ensure pipeline quality and readiness by proactively identifying niche skill requirements and addressing gaps.
  • Build and maintain trackers and dashboards for visibility on JD pipeline health.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members (where applicable).
