Summary: The role of IFS Finance Consultant involves leading the implementation, optimization, and support of IFS Finance modules in a fully remote capacity. The consultant will leverage their functional expertise and hands-on configuration skills to align finance operations with business needs and compliance standards. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing subject matter expertise on IFS Cloud and Apps 10 finance functionalities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IFS Finance and a strong track record in business process mapping and solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure IFS Finance solutions, ensuring smooth deployment and business alignment.
  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of GL, AR, AP, and Fixed Assets modules.
  • Conduct business process mapping, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations, reporting, and project delivery.
  • Drive project execution to meet milestones and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IFS Cloud and Apps 10 finance functionalities.
  • Deliver guidance, knowledge transfer, and support to colleagues and business users.

Key Skills:

  • 7+ years of hands-on IFS Finance experience, including Apps 10 and/or Cloud.
  • At least 1 full end-to-end implementation on IFS Cloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
  • Strong track record in business process mapping and solution deployment.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills, with experience working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally when required.
