Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Project Manager with strong expertise in Finance processes, Finance transformation, and hands-on exposure to Agentic AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead strategic finance transformation and AI-driven initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project delivery while driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic Finance transformation and Agentic AI programs/projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Provide regular project updates to Finance leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage resource planning and organizational change management.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and project readiness.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes.
- Proven experience or exposure to Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
