The Product Lead owns the intelligence layer of the programme - managing demand, assessing feasibility, defining value, and making sure the right AI product gets built to the right standard for the right Finance problem.
- Proven product management experience in a data, analytics, or AI delivery context - managing a backlog of diverse, complex use cases across multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical instinct - able to quickly assess whether a Finance problem is genuinely tractable with AI, what data it needs, and what value it could deliver
- Finance domain fluency
- Experience working with data and AI teams - comfortable translating between business problem statements and technical requirements without losing either side
