Summary: The Finance Operations Analyst will provide operational and administrative financial support to the IT organization, working closely with the Chief of Staff for IT. Responsibilities include managing invoicing, purchase orders, and budget coordination while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief of Staff for IT, primarily assisting with invoicing and purchase order management.
  • Review, process, and track IT invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in accordance with client procurement policies.
  • Support monthly budget tracking, accruals, and variance reporting for IT cost centers.
  • Maintain vendor files, contract information, and financial documentation.
  • Assist with reconciliation of IT spend and verify coding accuracy.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
  • Handle internal and vendor communication related to purchases, renewals, and financial workflows.
  • Provide administrative financial support for renewals, subscriptions, and technology services.

Key Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; highly organized.
