The Ideal Candidate
You will be an experienced Finance Manager, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner, ideally with previous experience within a charity or broader public sector organisation.
You will have strong technical accounting skills alongside the ability to operate beyond the numbers. In particular, we are looking for someone who has experience strategically partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and helping non-finance colleagues understand the financial implications of their plans.
Experience of charity accounting, SORP, restricted/unrestricted funds and year-end audit would be particularly advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a genuinely flexible 21-hour-per-week, fully remote role, while retaining significant responsibility and the opportunity to contribute strategically to a purpose-led organisation.
