Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day finance partner to senior operational leaders and site-based managers
- Ownership and control of multiple P&Ls, identifying risks and opportunities
- Responsibility for month-end close, payroll and adherence to accounting deadlines
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across assigned sites
- Production of high-quality management accounts with clear, insightful analysis
- Support site-based finance administrators with billing and invoice queries
- Work closely with central finance to improve controls, efficiencies and performance
- Contribute to wider financial reporting and governance processes
- Act as a positive brand ambassador, with a strong customer and service mindset
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to support planning and performance targets
- Ensure high standards of customer response where financial input is required
- Build strong working relationships with operational managers and leadership teams
- Collaborate effectively with central and shared service teams
- Ensure finance support is appropriately resourced and responsive
