Summary: The Finance Integration Lead serves as the primary technical contact for Finance-related integrations and ERP applications, overseeing system support and software development across key financial modules. This role involves managing the software development lifecycle and providing technical leadership for complex production issues while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective data delivery. The position requires a strong background in ERP systems and technical skills in data transformation and SQL. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical support for Finance modules: GL, Assets, Procurement, Invoicing, Billing & Receivables.
- Oversee all phases of the SDLC: analysis, design, implementation, QA, and release of financial applications.
- Provide technical leadership and solutions for complex production issues.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver critical financial data integrations.
- Manage documentation: business requirements, system specs, architecture, data flows, training.
- Support ERP admin tasks including user creation, data updates, and system maintenance.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with business analysts.
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalable design.
- Provide direction to technical project team members and analyze data to support outcomes.
Key Skills:
- Five (5) years of related work experience.
- Experience with Infor Smart Stream or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in XSLT, XML, REST, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools.
- Strong SQL skills and ability to maintain stored procedures and related objects.
- Familiarity with Autosys, AIX/Linux Korn Shell scripting, and C#
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues independently.
- Familiarity with finance modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, GL, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
