Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess AI/LLM model outputs across various finance domains
  • Apply domain expertise to help AI models learn financial modeling, analysis, and decision-making
  • Develop evaluation rubrics and benchmarks for finance-specific use cases (e.g., M&A analysis, deal evaluation, valuation models)
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and other finance experts to refine training methodologies and evaluation strategies
  • Provide structured feedback to improve model accuracy, reasoning, and financial understanding

Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following: Investment Banking, Private Equity / Venture Capital / Growth Equity, Capital Markets, Portfolio or Asset Management, Equity Research / Financial Research, Trading / Quantitative Finance, FP&A / Corporate Finance, Accounting / Financial Consulting
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts such as financial analysis and modeling, valuation and forecasting, revenue and cost builds, corporate finance and capital structure, risk management and asset management
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Preferred: CFA (Level I, II, or III), CA / CPA, MBA in Finance
