- Contribute to various stages of the consulting lifecycle—requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in business process consulting: identify gaps, define problems, propose solutions, and drive successful delivery.
- Guide internal and external teams on project processes, deliverables, and best practices.
- Support proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
- Play a key role in defining project scope and ensuring high-quality, value-driven consulting outcomes.
