Summary: The Finance Business Partner role is a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on providing financial insights and support to stakeholders across multiple European sites. This fully remote position requires occasional travel to locations such as Paris, Istanbul, Venice, and Budapest. The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making within a leading international business. Ideal candidates will possess strong commercial acumen and experience in complex stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across three European sites to provide financial insight and challenge
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting, including P&L and balance sheet analysis
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, enabling strategic decision-making through robust financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and group reporting requirements using SAP and Excel
Key Skills:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Confident working in complex stakeholder environments – able to build trust and manage challenging personalities
- Experience in a multi-site, international business preferred
- Proficient in SAP and Excel
