Key Responsibilities:

- Identify errors, gaps, or weak assumptions in model outputs
- Provide structured feedback and annotations following defined evaluation guidelines
- Apply consistent quality standards using established benchmarks and rubrics
- Contribute to improving AI system performance in real-world financial use cases
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance or a related field
- Relevant academic background (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or similar)
- Experience in one or more areas such as investment banking, corporate finance, accounting, or asset management
- Strong written communication skills and ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
- Familiarity with large language models and their practical use cases
- Experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, or data annotation (nice to have)
- Background in financial writing or editorial review (nice to have)
- Experience translating complex financial concepts for non-expert audiences (nice to have)
