We are working with a London based creative agency to help them find a Finance/Accounts Manager on a fixed term 6 months contract, working 3 days a week. This work can be done remotely, but you must be UK based. Working as part of a small finance team, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the financial health of the business by maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and delivering insightful reporting. This role will provide the financial elements needed to support strategic decision-making, efficient operations, and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities will be broad and include:

  • Lead the month-end close process, including reviews, reconciliations, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts with clear analysis and accurate data.
  • Manage payroll processing (across UK and US offices) and ensure timely and accurate staff payments.
