Summary: The Sales Advisor role in Financial Services is a full-time, permanent position focused on promoting membership growth through effective stakeholder engagement and marketing strategies. The advisor will provide pensions information and solutions to members nearing retirement while generating leads and maintaining relationships within the police sector. This position requires strong communication skills and a background in financial services, particularly related to police pensions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow membership base through developing and sustaining solid relationships with stakeholders.
• Generate leads for prospective presentations and events to build presence within regional forces.
• Provide practical information regarding Police and Police Staff pensions through meetings.
• Work with Marketing Team to plan and deliver promotional activities.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Organize diary and travel commitments effectively.
• Maintain CRM system and ensure call trackers are updated.
• Build strong relationships within various police associations to promote products and services.
• Support with additional tasks as needed within area of competence.
