Field Sales Operative

Summary: The Sales Advisor role in Financial Services is a full-time, permanent position focused on promoting membership growth and providing pension solutions for members nearing retirement. The advisor will engage with stakeholders and utilize various marketing channels to enhance the Society's services. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to generate leads and deliver presentations. Candidates with a background in financial services and knowledge of police pensions are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow membership base through developing and sustaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Generate leads for prospective presentations and events to promote products.
• Provide information and guidance on police pensions through meetings.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to plan promotional activities.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Organize diary and travel commitments effectively.
• Maintain CRM system and update call trackers.
• Build relationships within various police associations to promote services.
• Support additional tasks as needed within the area of competence.
