Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and maintain FACTORYworks MES to support manufacturing operations.
- Integrate MES with ERP, production equipment, and shop floor control systems.
- Define and implement custom workflows, business rules, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with production engineers to optimize scheduling, WIP tracking, and material management.
- Troubleshoot MES-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
- Support FACTORYworks+ accelerated deployments as required.
- Provide end-user and technical team training, along with system documentation.
- Ensure compliance with operational, security, and quality standards.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience in MES implementation, preferably with FACTORYworks (Applied Materials).
