Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, deploy, and maintain FACTORYworks MES to support manufacturing operations.
  • Integrate MES with ERP, production equipment, and shop floor control systems.
  • Define and implement custom workflows, business rules, and reporting dashboards.
  • Collaborate with production engineers to optimize scheduling, WIP tracking, and material management.
  • Troubleshoot MES-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
  • Support FACTORYworks+ accelerated deployments as required.
  • Provide end-user and technical team training, along with system documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, security, and quality standards.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in MES implementation, preferably with FACTORYworks (Applied Materials).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, process control, and production workflows.
