Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end workflows within the collections system (FACS), adhering to change management policies.
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, MUMPS logic, and PowerShell.
  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly data processes following established procedures.
  • Administer hardware and software systems used by the collections division.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all procedures.
  • Prepare written communications for agency leadership and external vendors.
  • Document completed work, including screenshots and system configuration changes.
  • Communicate system issues related to hardware, software, and programming routines.
  • Maintain a log of system issues and corrective actions.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Ensure system integrity across all collection division systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Skills:

  • Experience with collections systems (e.g., FACS or similar).
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and database systems (Intersystems Cache and IRIS preferred).
  • Strong Excel skills (VBA preferred).
  • Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS or SQL.
  • Understanding of process automation and RPA concepts.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
