Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly data processes following established procedures.
  • Administer hardware and software systems used by the collections division.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all procedures.
  • Prepare written communications for agency leadership and external vendors.
  • Document completed work, including screenshots and system configuration changes.
  • Communicate system issues related to hardware, software, and programming routines.
  • Maintain a log of system issues and corrective actions.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Ensure system integrity across all collection division systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Software Engineer to support and enhance its technical operations. This role is responsible for managing daily collections processes, deploying workflow changes, developing ETL pipelines, and creating automated reports and dashboards to improve collections performance. Occasional troubleshooting of software on servers and local machines may also be required.
