Facets QA Analyst

Summary: We are looking for a skilled Facets QA Analyst with expertise in Facets claims processing, SQL, and healthcare knowledge. The role involves creating and executing test cases, validating claim outcomes, and ensuring system functionality meets business requirements. The ideal candidate will also perform data analysis and collaborate with various teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, create, and document test cases in Jira based on business and technical requirements
• Execute manual and system test cases and document test results
• Perform re-testing and regression testing after defect fixes
• Create and execute SQL queries for data validation and aggregate analysis
• Analyze Facets claim processing workflows end-to-end
• Log, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Research and analyze parallel testing mismatches between legacy and Facets claim outcomes
• Document discrepancies and provide detailed findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Participate in requirement reviews and testing discussions
