- 8–10 years of experience in Healthcare Payer / Facets
- Strong hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets
- Experience in Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider, or Billing
- Gather and document business/functional requirements
- Create BRD/FRD, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer processes and EDI transactions
- SQL/data analysis and validation experience
- Support SIT, UAT, production issues, and Facets enhancements/upgrades
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
