Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver backend Microsoft Fabric engineering solutions focused on data ingestion and platform development.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and shape practical delivery plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customer teams on Microsoft Fabric capabilities and implementation approaches.
- Build and optimise ingestion pipelines and backend data engineering solutions.
- Operate autonomously within a fast-moving consulting environment.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Help assess delivery scope, feasibility, and timelines during the early stages of the engagement.
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Fabric engineering experience.
- Strong backend data engineering background (not solely BI/reporting focused).
- Experience designing and building modern data ingestion pipelines.
- Strong Azure data platform experience.
- Comfortable working independently with limited oversight.
- Previous client-facing consulting or professional services experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to advise customer teams and contribute to technical direction.
