F5 Load Balancing Engineer

Summary: The F5 Load Balancing Engineer role involves supporting the installation and configuration of load balancers in both production and lab environments. The engineer will assist in developing strategies for load balancing, contribute to automation scripts, and validate load balancing during migrations. This position requires collaboration on documentation and post-implementation reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the installation, configuration, and validation of load balancers for fabric-based and application-based deployments in production and lab environments.
• Assist with developing MOP inputs related to load balancing strategies, including traffic steering, health monitoring, and NAT considerations.
• Contribute to baseline load balancing configuration and automation scripts during infrastructure build phases.
• Support load balancing validation during migration, including functional, scale, and resiliency testing.
• Assist with updating load balancing configurations, supporting documentation creation, and contributing to post-implementation reviews.

Key Skills:

• Experience with F5 load balancers.
• Knowledge of load balancing strategies and configurations.
• Familiarity with automation scripting.
