External Testing Lead Remote Location

Summary: The External Testing Lead is responsible for overseeing the preparation and execution of all Trident-related external testing scopes, including end-to-end EDI testing with manufacturers. This role involves coordinating with various teams, including EDI, SAP, and business teams, to ensure effective testing and reporting. The position requires collaboration with offshore test data engineers and program test leads for detailed tracking of test execution and status.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and execution of all Trident related External Testing Scope.
• EDI end to end EDI testing with manufacturers (i.e. 940, 810, etc.).
• BIA external business objects reporting, 3rd party data feeds generated from data warehouse and sent over MFT to manufacturers.
• Coordinate with EDI team, SAP teams, business teams Offshore test data engineers (being onboarded).
• Manufacturers if needed, with support from the business and tower leads Program Test leads, project managers for detailed tracking of test execution, status and health tracking, etc.

Key Skills:

• Experience in EDI testing and coordination.
• Knowledge of SAP and business reporting.
• Ability to manage and track test execution and status.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
