Summary: The Experienced Recruiter role focuses on sourcing and recruiting talent for production, manufacturing, and operations positions within a global leader in thermal management and HVAC solutions. This fully remote position is expected to last between 4-6 months, with potential for extension. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills and a consultative approach to recruitment. Experience in engineering and manufacturing recruitment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit top talent for various manufacturing, production, & operations positions across multiple industries
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools to streamline the hiring process
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in manufacturing, production, operations, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations in manufacturing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics
- Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
