We’re seeking an experienced executive coach to support a co-founder and CTO at a rapidly growing tech company (600+ employees). This is an ideal fit for a coach with hands-on operational experience who can provide strategic guidance and direct, actionable feedback.

Background: Successfully transitioned from CTO to COO, CEO, or similar C-suite roles
Approach: Practical, operator-focused coach who draws from real business experience rather than theory
Personality: Direct, concise, personable, and willing to provide challenging feedback—a “bad cop” who isn’t afraid to push
Communication Style: Clear, succinct, and focused on actionable outcomes
Key Focus Areas
Executive leadership development and people management (managing 300+ reports across multiple departments)
Strategic transition from heavy technical involvement to broader operational and commercial responsibilities
Product strategy and execution
Building a 3-year roadmap for career progression toward CEO-level roles
