Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily management and prioritization of the Director’s emails, including sorting, categorizing, and drafting responses.
  • Strategic organization of the calendar (focus time, key meetings, team check-ins).
  • Coordination of business travel: booking transport, accommodation, visa applications, taxis.
  • Acting as the first point of contact in the Director’s absence, filtering information when necessary and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Preparing summaries or drafting responses on behalf of the Director, both internally and externally.
  • Participation in internal meetings: preparing agendas, taking minutes with clear action points, distributing them and following up on deadlines.
  • Monitoring pending approvals and actions (e.g. via Cascade), coordinating with IT teams if required.
  • Ensuring confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.

Key Skills:

  • Fluency in French.
  • Solid previous EA/PA experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

A unique and successful internatinal furniture manufacturer business is looking for an ongoing temp French speaking EA/PA to support one of their directors on a remote basis. They are a lovely collaborative team of people with great values. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily management and prioritization of the Director’s emails, including sorting, categorizing, and drafting responses.
  • Strategic organization of the calendar (focus time, key meetings, team check-ins)
  • Coordination of business travel: booking transport, accommodation, visa applications, taxis.
