What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary project lead for assigned executive and business unit events, managing timelines and run-of-shows for up to 10 meetings annually.
- Lead full-lifecycle event logistics, including venue sourcing, hotel accommodations, space planning, catering, AV requirements, and ground transportation.
- Sourcing and managing vendor relationships while tracking itemized event budgets, processing purchase orders, and handling financial reconciliations.
- Support event communications and site builds using standard platforms like Google Sites, alongside drafting executive communications.
- Travel globally to manage on-site execution, direct third-party vendors, and provide high-touch concierge support for leadership.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
- Several years of experience in corporate event coordination, hospitality, or project management, with a track record of handling executive off-sites or mid-sized meetings.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end event logistics, vendor contract processes, and budget reconciliation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-event annual calendars while maintaining acute attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the composure and confidence to partner directly with executive leadership.
- Proficiency with productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Google Sites) and AI collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel globally and adapt flexibly across varying time zones.
