Event Producer - Experiential & Live Events

Remote (Ireland-based)

If you're an event producer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into well-executed live experiences - this one is worth a look.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Producer to deliver live events, brand activations and experiential projects across EMEA.

This is a delivery-first role - you'll own projects from brief through to on-site execution, managing timelines, budgets, suppliers and the moving parts that bring ideas to life.

It's a true agency environment: fast-moving, collaborative, and at times high-pressure, with multiple projects running in parallel.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Translating creative ideas and client briefs into clear, executable production plans
  • Owning project timelines, budgets and delivery from start to finish
  • Managing suppliers, crew and production partners across multiple projects
  • Building schedules, maintaining documentation and reconciling costs
  • Acting as the day-to-day production contact for clients and internal teams
  • Keeping projects on track while balancing quality, pace and commercial outcomes
  • Supporting delivery across both live projects and new business work

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years' experience producing live events, activations or experiential projects
  • Background in an agency, production or fast-paced events environment
  • Proven track record of owning delivery - not just supporting
  • Comfortable managing budgets, suppliers and multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Able to stay calm, structured and solutions-focused under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and clear communication with clients and suppliers
  • Confident working independently in a remote-first setup
  • Based in Ireland and open to occasional international travel

What Matters in This Role

  • You enjoy the pace and unpredictability of agency work
  • You're comfortable making decisions and owning outcomes
  • You take pride in delivering high-quality work under tight timelines
  • You're proactive, organised and don't need constant direction

Why Join

  • Remote-first working (Ireland-based)
  • Exposure to high-profile, creatively ambitious projects
  • Real ownership across delivery - not just coordination
  • Opportunity to grow within a high-performing production team
