Summary: The Events Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events for Curated Sourcing, Sips, and GLOAT, focusing on impactful trade shows, brand activations, and experiential marketing campaigns. This role is integral to the brands' growth strategy, enhancing brand presence and generating commercial opportunities both in the UK and internationally. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end planning and delivery of all trade exhibitions and industry events.
- Manage stand design, logistics, suppliers, schedules, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate samples, branded collateral, displays, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise leads and commercial outcomes from events.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and ROI reporting post-event.
- Conceptualise and deliver standout brand activations including pop-up shops, sampling experiences, wellness/community events, brand collaborations, and experiential campaigns in premium locations.
- Source venues, negotiate partnerships, and manage logistics.
- Create event concepts that align with brand positioning and growth strategy.
- Ensure activations generate social buzz, PR opportunities, and customer acquisition.
- Build relationships with venues, event partners, collaborators, and suppliers.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and co-hosted events.
- Coordinate influencer and brand involvement where relevant.
- Manage multiple event calendars across three brands simultaneously.
- Create detailed run sheets, timelines, budgets, and contingency plans.
- Lead on-site event setup, staffing coordination, and execution.

Key Skills:

The Opportunity From managing exhibition stands at major industry events across the UK and internationally, to launching immersive brand pop-ups in high-footfall locations such as Covent Garden, this role will be central to how our brands show up in the world.
