Summary: A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy is seeking a Modern Management Specialist for a 3-month remote contract with some UK travel. The role involves providing technical leadership in designing and implementing complex Apple/Jamf/Windows-based solutions while engaging with clients to define technical strategies. The specialist will be responsible for managing sensitive customer issues and ensuring high-quality consultancy assignments. This position requires strong experience in endpoint management technologies and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for various assignments and guide customers in defining complex technical strategies.
• Support sensitive customer issues at a senior level and minimize exposure to commercial loss.
• Undertake individual consultancy assignments, analyzing customer requirements and recommending solutions.
• Ensure consultancy assignments are consistent and of high quality, utilizing Prince2 and Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with application owners to streamline application deployment processes using JamF/Intune.
• Stay updated with market developments, technologies, and strategies.
• Maintain and gain additional certifications as per business priorities.
• Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Experience in supporting endpoint management technologies, including design and implementation.
• Strong Intune and JamF device management capabilities.
• Experience with Windows 11, Entra ID, Configuration Manager, and Apple Business Manager.
• Strong image creation skills, particularly with Autopilot and task sequences.
• Proficient scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.) for automation and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience managing security baselines and compliance policies.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Workspace One.
• Familiarity with other mobile device management technologies like SOTI and Samsung Knox.
