- Data Validation (ETL/BI): Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across source systems, ETL layers, and target data warehouses.
- Automation and Technical Leadership: Implement automation frameworks for testing ETL jobs and data validation, using SQL and scripting languages.
- Team Leadership: Guide a team of analysts/testers, prioritize testing efforts, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs to closure, conducting root cause analysis for data discrepancies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define functional requirements and validate UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, procedures, views), ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.), and data warehouse concepts.

- Experience: Several years of experience in data testing or QA, with previous experience leading teams.
