Summary: We are looking for an experienced ETL & Microsoft .NET/SharePoint Developer to lead offshore coordination and deliver backend ETL solutions alongside front-end application development. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in data engineering, .NET development, and SharePoint customization, complemented by excellent communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration. This role is remote and requires a long-term commitment with a focus on both technical and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes across heterogeneous data systems.
- Support daily operations and project-based enhancements in risk management systems.
- Work with SQL Server, Databricks, ADF, and Snowflake for data integration and analytics.
- Implement and manage job scheduling/automation tools (Tidal preferred).
- Troubleshoot and optimize data workflows, ensuring quality and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET, Core/API, and SharePoint (2016 & Online).
- Customize SharePoint with SPFX, Power Platform, Power Automate, GraphAPI, and PowerShell.
- Develop front-end applications using Angular, React, TypeScript, CSS, HTML.
- Integrate with enterprise tools like Workday, SNOW, SAP, Archer, and external APIs.
- Perform SharePoint content migration using Sharegate Migration Tool.
- Manage deployments, release management, and application support activities.
- Utilize Azure services (App Services, APIs, Functions, WebJobs) for enterprise-level integrations.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in ETL/ELT and Data Warehousing using SSIS, SQL Server, ADF, Databricks, Snowflake.
- 5+ years of experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core/API, and SharePoint development.
- Strong hands-on skills in Angular/React, SPFX, Power Automate, Power Platform.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tidal, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud, DevOps CI/CD, and Git change management.
- Experience in financial domain projects (preferably Market Risk area).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and onshore-offshore coordination skills.
