Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Lead and oversee data ingestion and transformation projects across the organization
• Mentor and manage a team of ETL engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reliable data delivery
• Establish data quality checks, monitoring frameworks, and alerting mechanisms
• Drive code reviews, CI/CD integration (using Azure DevOps), and documentation standards
