Summary: The Junior Platform Developer (ETL Conversion Specialist) is responsible for leading data conversion and cleansing initiatives, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of projects. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage complex data migration projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing comprehensive plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Occasional travel to Springfield, IL is required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of data conversion and data cleansing activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely completion.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive work plans, timelines, and budgets for all data migration activities.
  • Strategically plan and execute phased data migration projects, including the implementation of data bridging and synchronization solutions between systems.
  • Maintain meticulous and comprehensive documentation for all data migration processes and procedures, including data conversion plans, detailed data mapping documents, and operational playbooks.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to data migration, implementing effective solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the data migration team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and successes clearly and concisely to all relevant stakeholders.
