eTime Implementation Specialist

Summary: The eTime Implementation Specialist role is a remote contract position focused on supporting a major HRIS and timekeeping transformation project for a global organization. The specialist will be responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying the ADP Enterprise eTIME module within a complex HR and payroll landscape. Ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in ADP GlobalView/eTime and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customise the ADP Enterprise eTIME module based on business requirements.
• Document functional requirements, configuration decisions, workflows, and system specifications.
• Conduct integration testing with HR and payroll modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support data gathering, mapping, validation, and clean-up activities.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture and clarify requirements.
• Lead and support UAT and parallel testing, troubleshooting issues and partnering with the project team to resolve defects.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Support end-user onboarding and provide training as needed.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Provide post-go-live support to ensure a smooth transition into production.

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on implementation experience with ADP GlobalView and ADP eTime.
• Strong understanding of timekeeping, attendance, and payroll integration processes.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, international project environment.
