Summary: The Esker Consultant / Administrator role involves supporting the Esker on Demand environment post-implementation, focusing on functional support, system administration, and user enablement. The position requires managing day-to-day Esker operations while collaborating with business users and technical teams. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining configurations, monitoring system performance, and providing user training and support. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Esker administration and a strong understanding of document processing and ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Esker configurations including users, groups, tables, and workflows
  • Monitor daily system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle data imports, table mapping, and system integrations with ERP platforms
  • Configure and maintain dashboards, views, and reporting capabilities
  • Support SFTP setup (inbound/outbound channels) and assist with SSO configurations and certificate renewals
  • Work with AP processes including automatic processing, duplicate detection, and PO reconciliation
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business users and Esker Support, managing and qualifying tickets before escalation
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support to improve adoption and efficiency
  • Maintain internal documentation for system changes, enhancements, and workflows
  • Stay up to date with Esker releases, tools, and best practices

Key Skills:

  • Experience in an Esker Administrator or similar system/application admin role
  • Strong understanding of Esker document processing and ERP integrations
  • Experience supporting AP automation workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system and process-related issues
  • Experience working directly with end users and driving system adoption
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Esker certification (or willingness to maintain certification) preferred

Location: Remote

Duration: 4 Month Contract (with potential extension)

A client of ours is looking to bring on an Esker Consultant / Administrator to support their Esker on Demand (EOD) environment post-implementation. This role will be a blend of functional support, system administration, and user enablement - ideal for someone who can own day-to-day Esker operations while working closely with business users and technical teams.
