Summary: The ERP Training Consultant will collaborate with the Business Deployment team and SMEs at Johnson Controls to design, create, and deliver instructional solutions and training for Oracle deployments. The role focuses on enhancing the skills and performance of employees, partners, and customers through innovative training aligned with business strategies. Key responsibilities include applying Oracle knowledge to business processes, creating training materials, and managing project timelines. The position is fully remote, with global responsibilities and collaboration with teams in the EU and India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Oracle CPQ and Fusion PPM knowledge to business processes.
  • Create training materials using Adult Learning Theory.
  • Collaborate with global teams to develop instructional solutions.
  • Design creative learning tools for ERP platform use.
  • Manage project timelines and deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Stay updated on trends and technology in learning design.
  • Support all aspects of training deployment, including planning, logistics, and metrics.
  • Deliver Oracle training and support data prep for end user training.
  • Report progress, roadblocks and plans on a weekly basis.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ and training lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate.
  • Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Fusion, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
  • Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SMES, IT, L&D, OCM) to design training solutions.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across functions and geographies.
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication skills, and a team-player attitude.
  • Proactive approach to improving work standards and processes.
