Summary: The role of ERP/SCM/CRM/BI Consultant involves supporting and optimizing the UKG Pro environment for an education-focused organization. The consultant will manage system administration, reporting, user support, and process improvement to ensure effective HR technology operations. This long-term contract position requires collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance platform performance and data quality. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with UKG Pro or similar platforms and strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the UKG Pro platform as the lead system administrator, maintaining dependable performance and day-to-day stability.
  • Oversee application setup including workflows, business logic, permissions, and role-based access to align with operational needs.
  • Diagnose technical and functional issues, determine underlying causes, and partner with internal stakeholders and vendor support teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Coordinate system upgrades and new feature rollouts, including testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Build and refine reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights for business and operational teams.
  • Conduct routine audits and data reviews to uphold accuracy, compliance, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Support data movement activities such as imports, exports, integrations, and file handling across connected systems.
  • Prepare and maintain clear documentation for configurations, procedures, and support practices, while also creating user guides and delivering training when needed.
  • Track incoming support requests, respond with strong customer service, and collaborate with business partners on system enhancements, HR technology initiatives, implementations, and process improvements.

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience administering UKG Pro or a comparable enterprise HR, ERP, CRM, or BI platform.
  • Background in system configuration management, including workflows, rules, security settings, and user provisioning.
