ERP Project Manager Remote Location

Job Description

Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation enhancement migration and support projects.

Define project scope objectives timelines deliverables and success criteria in alignment with business goals.

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across Finance Supply Chain Procurement Sales and Operations.

Translate business requirements into functional and technical ERP solutions.

Manage project planning scheduling resource allocation budgeting and risk management activities.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users consultants developers integration teams and QA teams.

Requirements

Direct, hands-on understanding of major enterprise platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

An understanding of APIs, system integrations, and legacy data migration to confidently liaise with IT developers and avoid downtime.

Ability to leverage ERP reporting tools and dashboards to monitor critical KPIs and optimize resources.

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scopes, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across different departments.

Manage relationships with implementation partners and software vendors, track project expenses, and control costs.

Identify potential roadblocks such as data migration errors or integration issues and establish contingency plans.

Facilitate organizational readiness by planning communication and training strategies to maximize user adoption and minimize resistance to new workflows.

Provide regular status reports to executive sponsors and ensure system functionality matches the companys operational requirements.
